Service Description

First, congratulations! What an amazing (and sometimes scary) journey you are embarking on! Pregnancy and parenthood brings on such a wide range of emotions. You do not have to do it alone! I would love to assist you on taking a look at your biggest fears and the greatest joys this big step brings. We will also walk through planning so you will feel most prepared. If your baby is already here, these sessions are wonderful to connect with an adult in a judgement-free zone. All in all, this is a safe space to process hard things to free your spirit and mind through one of the most difficult and exhausting time of your life!
